Congratulations Line Apprentice Class #21

On September 21, 2023, Business Agent Roman Cefali addressed the graduating Line Apprentice Class #21 at the DoubleTree in Binghamton, NY. Mr. Cefali's message to the newly qualified 1st Class Line Mechanics was to share the knowledge gained throughout their careers with the next generation of electrical workers. IBEW Local 10 supports our Training Facilities and always encourages our Membership to be the best trainers in the industry.
